No booking is confirmed until deposit is paid.

A £50 security deposit will need to be paid to firstly secure your date and secondly act against any loss or damage to items. This will be returned upon satisfactory inspection after event.

Any item damaged or missing will result in loss of full or part security deposit.

All items remain property of Dress Your Day MK and must not be moved, unless agreed with Dress Your Day MK.

The named hirer is fully responsible for items.

Items must not be used for anything other than the intended use.

Dress Your Day MK  can not be held responsible for any injury sustained whilst using the items.

There will be no refund due to adverse  weather conditions. It is the hirers responsibility to arrange alternative location for games.

A deposit (booking fee) will be required to confirm booking and the booking will not be confirmed until deposit (booking fee) has been paid. The agreed date will be held for 48hrs, within this time the deposit (booking fee) must be paid. The amount of deposit (booking fee) depends on package booked, and is non refundable. The deposit (booking fee) will act as part payment to the full amount which needs to be paid before event.

The balance needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to your event, failure to pay this without the agreement of Dress Your Day MK will deem the booking void.

All glassware will be inspected on setup to ensure no chips or cracks that could cause injury. In the result of any damage to hired items, the person who made the booking holds full responsibility for the hired items and will be charged accordingly.

The hire period is based on 1 day same day hire, unless previously agreed prior to event and will depend on availability. Longer hire periods can be applied for but may incur a charge.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure their chosen venue allows outside hire.

The item will be located where desired, ensuring no fire exits or fire extinguishers or any other safety appliances are covered and is NOT to be moved.

The customer can decorate the cart and/or supply own sweets but Dress Your Day MK take no responsibility for any items provided by the customer in this case. 

Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oil, or they may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. Dress Your Day MK can not be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. It is the responsibility of the person hiring the item to ensure the safety of their guests. 

Please ensure due to sweets being a choking hazard children are suitable supervised, and also to reduce the risk of injury.

Any sweets remaining at the end of the event will be disposed of. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure all jars are cleared if you wish to keep the sweets.

A non refundable booking fee will need to be paid to secure booking, once payment details are exchange we will hold the date for 48 hours for payment to be made, after this time it is advised to recheck date as this will be released. By paying the booking fee the customer is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out by Dress Your Day MK. 

A security deposit may be required on high risk items, this needs to be paid prior to event and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of items.

The lead name on the booking confirmation is fully responsible for items hired.

It is the clients responsibility to inform the venue of our arrival. 

Please be aware that I may liaise with your photographer to acquire photographs, which feature the work of Dress Your Day MK. I will also take images/video footage of the work we have applied and these images may be used on the Dress Your Day MK website, social media pages and any marketing materials/collateral. Photos and video footage taken by myself on behalf of Dress Your Day MK of your décor remains  property of Dress Your Day MK. The photos gathered by Dress Your Day MK are not to be reproduced, copied or edited in any way by you or any third party without prior permission in writing to do so. 

Dress Your Day MK is only responsible for service and items undertaken and supplied by Dress Your Day MK. Although we will be willing to assist with other items to an extent, Dress Your Day MK will not be responsible for these items.
